1 General Terms

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Upon instruction from law enforcement agencies.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time if you wish. To do so, please contact the support team. You are requested to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.

12.2 Inactive Account Policy
